Derek M. Diemer

 
Derek Diemer joined Thompson and Colegate LLP as an Associate in 2024. Prior to Thompson and Colegate LLP, Derek worked as an Associate at a boutique law firm based out of Riverside and Palm Springs, CA, with a focus on Tax Law, Probate, Trust and Estates, and Elder Law.

While in law school, Derek served as the Executive Lead Articles Editor and Executive Notes & Comments Editors for the California Western Law Review, a Research Assistant to Professor Nancy Kim, an Honor's Instructor for Legal Research and Writing, Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta, Secretary of the Environmental Law Association, and as a Student Attorney for the Low Income Tax Clinic of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego.
