Bret obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from
California Baptist University in 2017. He went on to complete his Juris Doctorate at
California Western School of Law in 2020. During law school, Bret worked with the
Community Law Project, where he provided legal assistance to low-income families in
the community. For his work with the Community Law Project, Bret received the Wiley
W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.
As a law student, Bret completed internships with several
civil litigation firms, as well as the Public Defender's Office. In his free time,
Bret enjoys watching sports, cooking, and spending time with his family.
